Mr. Elmore graduated from The University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 1974 with a B.S. in Business Administration and became certified as a CPA in 1977. Since that time he has served as a staff accountant in two CPA firms and CFO for several types of businesses and organizations, including Division Controller for a Fortune 500 company. Prior to starting his own CPA firm in 1987, he served as Director of Finance for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. In 2002 he added a real estate specialty to his practice by becoming a licensed broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a member of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors and can offer a full array of buying and selling real estate services, both in the residential and commercial arenas. He also has been awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR) by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. It is the only designation of its type recognized by the National Association or Realtors.
